minifriends started as a tiny corner of my desk piled with polymer clay, yarn scraps, and snack-sized characters i couldn't stop making.

now it's a tiny shop. every charm and plushie is shaped, painted, or stitched by me — one minifriend at a time. no factories or mass production, just a lot of focus, snacks, and lofi music.

i'm still pretty new to all this — minifriends is just getting going — but every piece gets every bit of care i can pour into it. learning the craft slowly, one tiny friend at a time.
